Is Riposte Broken?

I trained it at 28 (29 maybe?) and havent had a single skill up or riposte. Im level 32 as of this post.

Is it not working on this server or is there something I am missing?

Yep, monk. Im not sure why I thought it was 32. Still confusing that you can train it so early. I'll update once I get 35!

im a 35 monk on red99 and the skill itself is going up but i can't tell if it's actually working

Yep mine is going up now at 35. Didnt need to go re train either.
