I usually save up the random scrolls that people let rot then make a trip to FV w/e my bags get full to convert the spells.
I do Magician Spells, Cleric Spells, Wizard Spells etc the good version turn in quests.
All the spell conversion quests give you the quest completion sound bit except the cleric one.
minor bug but thought i'd toss it out there.
