i agree that we need global ooc, and i'm from vztz and so i also agree with sirken that it can turn into a shitfest. I propose that we do the "only up to a certain level" and also the "timer on posts"

I further propose a cap of level 20, and a timer of 5 minutes. that lets people advertise aggressively, but not spam.

please give me all your thoughts, especially if the thoughts are about underage chicks!
