how do you go about recharging it?

get a fully charged mask, sell it to a vendor (that doesn't have a lot of stuff for sale), hand in empty mask, buy both back.

I think it's lore though so someone else has to hand their fully charged mask in

thought there might have been a quest or some sort of tinkering thing to recharge..


if all i have to do is sell to a npc and buy back.. thats fairly straight-forward

they fixed that on RED funk, depends on which server you are talking about.
