Luclin Skeleton and Wolf graphics?

I currently installed EQ to play on p99 on my very old PC (from 2004). Everything seems to be working ok...except the i have to turn off the sky or else i get "star pixels" and also the skeleton and wolf graphics are those of Luclin....does anyone have any suggestions to correct these issues?

are you using titanium client to connect to P1999
if so use duxas all in one installer should get the files needed
