False. I have submitted fraps with tells from the offenders proudly admitting they trained me and zero action was taken. This is why training should just be legal.

If the guard is punching me AFTER you're dead, that means it couldn't have been a train. It was a charmed pet (hence why, as you'll see in the bottom left, I was able to take your coin even though my pet got the killshot). Bard charm lasts only two ticks so of course it started punching me after. By the way, that punching animation isn't actually proof that it was punching me (although it was), sometimes when an NPC is finished killing someone and they turn around they still have their combat animation on. I know this was a troll but... ~the more you know~
