Not Classic but Wanted thread

My mind has drawn blank on all the ideas I've had about some non-classic things that should be implemented. Mostly things that would not be game-changing or remove from the classic feel.

SOUL BINDERS - One thing at the top of my head would be to add soul binders. I don't play melees often but my first char was a Warrior. I spent 2 days logging off and on trying to get a bind in Gfay as an Ogre Warrior bound in Oggok. Now this was before I had friends but any melee starting this game from scratch will definately run into this problem. Hell people so uptight with their mana its hard to get a bind from a caster already in the zone let alone sending random tells to people asking they come and bind you. I dunno just one idea. Put your ideas here and maybe Null will take a peek and comment.

BOATS - I can't believe I am saying this because one of the things I did with my Ogre Warrior was race to take the boat. Surprisingly I got to my destination without much trouble but all my Erudite alts and others have not been so lucky. I am totally for 100% working functional boats but if they are going to knock people 2000 loc coordinates away from land half of the time, I don't think its worth it. It's fun when it works but its not like that all the time. Add teleporters so people don't have to waste hours of their time waiting on boats that don't show up or throw them overboard. Hell keep both that way people that do want to take their chances at sea can and others just trying to get a group can safely get to their destination.

TIMELINE - Not game changing at all and I hate for this to sound like a demand but if you guys could give us a timeline on expansion release it would be greatly appreciated. Doesn't have to be exact dates but some kind of approximation. If we could see how far along Sol Ro, Kunark, Epics, other planes, ect are away it'll give us a better idea of things. I believe this server will get an influx of players during these time periods, especially launch of Kunark. I've read somewhere it'll follow blues timeline but a little faster but a nice little graphic would be awesome!

DANIEN. What's up dude? What level are you? If you need people to group with/a guild I'll get you an invite to Tallon Zek. We actually have a few euros too. We all just started recently so most of us are in the 10-20 range.

Yes, I can look at my situation objectively and see that 15 people had no problem screwing me over. Given the low pop of this server that probably constitutes for around ~3-5% of the server out of the ~8% I've encountered being asshats, coupled with reading several threads on this board it's fair to make the assumption that this server attracts a certain type of crowd. One who does not mix with your average Joe.

Basically if your not getting Pled you will end up quitting out of boredom unless your one of the 4 main classes this server pukes up.

Just throw a buff bot in that gives noobs druid thorns, regen, cleric buffs, etc, etc until lvl 40. Not nearly as good as a PLer since your not getting heals but at least it would be fun.
