Jack o lantern fungus Ground Spawn

now that dyeing is out the Jack O lantern fungus that is used in dye making should be spawning on the ground in Unrest and also in Lfay. in unrest it spawns in and around the gazebo and in Lfay it spawns around the ferry huts at the ferry village.
