I'm pretty sure 5ac 55hp rings are goin for like 1k per or more red pp, they high!

A good alternative is "clawed knuckle ring" 20hp or "jaded platinum ring" 20hp/20mana.

No idea. Jade is a relatively cheap gem, an a platinum bar is around 100pp I suppose.
