For some1 who is computer illiterate need help downloading the latest patch notes,, my winrar aint workin now guess its been 40 days

i dont even have winrar, im pretty sure xp sp 2 and beyond can handle zip files without 3rd party software. i recently reformatted and unless Im too drunk to remember, never install some zip software
