Monk epic fist graphic not showing

There was a decently long thread on this last month. After the patch, I have noticed this was not fixed. Is this because it is a hard problem to fix? Was hoping for an answer on this one way or the other. Not a flame, just curious. You guys do a great job here.

You should see it yourself on each hand that doesn't have a weapon in it.
