750 damage is still pretty stout and still takes the exact same two casts to down 90% of the server as before, wizards that are not shit should not be ill effected.

it's not working my lav abolts still hit for 648 and ice comet still hitting me for 898

Going to have a drastic effect on DoT classes... Necros Top Dots (Ignite Blood BoD) both will tick for around 47 and 54... Both pellable... Both VoS and Asystole will tick for much less and cureable with 1 pot... Sigh.
Dot Dmg needs to be @100%.

Pet dmg was 80/66% too right? Lucky I found a single Screenshot of Blart to prove otherwise..
