Ancient Cyclops in game?

Does he get released after they remove Jboots from Drelzna? I heard a rumor that he has been sighted before on r99.

The Ancient Cyclops is indeed in game. You might see him in any of three zones, in descending order of frequency:

* OOT - The highest level of AC, but IMO the easiest to get if you are late 40ish or higher.

* South Ro - There is a completely known spawn strategy for this one, search forums for it. Unfortunately, he is a fairly infrequent spawner here. I'd say this one requires late 30s at least.

* South Karana - Believe it or not, once in a great while, you may see him spawn here near the Aviaks and head in the direction of the Centaurs. You should in no way attempt to try and camp him here. It is just too rare - so rare that many players don't even believe it. But I assure you it happens, I've seen him twice and killed him on one of those occasions. I'm unsure of the relative strengh of this one, but he was much harder than an SK Cyclops. I fought him once with a high 40s character and won, but he was not a pushover.

I recall reading once than a very rare EK pop was also possible, but I cannot speak to the veracity of that one.
