Pretty frustrated I had been grouping in upper guk the past couple days and the 4 different people I was grouping with all got suspended for exploiting and now it's empty and there is no one to group with.

Saddest part was they were mostly pet classes and wouldn't even really have as much temptation to exploit as say a warrior like Steaks.

every piece of classic crap has str / stam and even through kunark , easy stats to cap , agility is always the hardest stat to get high all the way through pop

They're just in a panic their server population is fading into nothingness. They want to stir up any drama, any posts, anything at all that can get people thinking about red as opposed to blue. It used to be 2:1 blue to red population when red launched. Then it went down to 3:1 in a hurry.
Nowadays Im not surprised to see 5:1 population most nights.

EQ was not designed as a PvP game. Most of the PvP is fucked and pretty unbalanced. Thats the reason why there were only a couple of PvP servers when there were 30+ other servers running on live. The EQ community, even back then, acknowledged EQ is not a good PvP game by simple supply/demand of PvP servers.

The problem with these red fanatics is they played EQ during their teens (mostly) and have nostalgic memories of playing EQ PvP. Its amazing what nostalgia will sometimes do to people.

In a couple months there will be 50 or 60 people average (if that) and that is about where I suspect the sever population will stabilize around. If you look at other emu servers a population of 50 or 60 is sustainable.. just not much fun for the participants.

This isn't velious. You're not going to max your stats in classic. The server will be dead long before velious is out. Plus if you want dodge you should have rolled halfling at least they get hide + better stats.

I've had 3 wands.

1 was used to kill Jaleean when he tried to whirl me when quadding. Not rezzers were 49. Worth it.

1 used on Wolfram, got him intentionally to 0% / 1%. Spectres didn't cast life tap on some off chance. FAIL BY ME.

1 used on a certain druid who had 3 OOR healers trying to take a swing at the champ for bragging rights. He is still butt hurt in the most real sense of the word. GG.

If you want to step up again, send me a tell. I'll be happy to chase you all over Freeport and make you zone while you shout owned at 15% hp or so. My favorite part of that thread was when someone who was watching (and in the screen shot kill) showed up and was like yeah I saw Nirgon chase him around and finally kill him. I don't think I had a spec on me at the time. I think what happened was you wanded me 4 times (which at the time scared the shit out of me because I had never heard of the wand before) and you were hoping I'd slow down from low hp but selo's still carried me through. In the end I feel like you lost more out of this because of the time you spent camping the wand, only to not get a kill. Then again you did make me pee myself a little so that arguably counts as a win for you.
