Zoned into Solb, screen froze, crashed. Population # have dipped steadily. Guessing that's it. Anyone else having this problem or did all the insomniacs suddenly decide to hangup their headsets and call it a night? :p

What's the usual downtime, is this planned?

This is not planned, but has been happening a lot over the last week for some reason.

Downtimes can range from 5 minutes to 2 hours from what I've seen.
