Ssoth for Project 99 [UI]

I use to do a UI for EQLive, but that was a long time ago.

Just getting into Project 1999 and I have adjusted the UI to work with it. I did not create the UI I just took it over many many years ago when the creator Ssoth quit EQ.

There is some work left to be done to fully convert it, but it is one it's way.

Edited to change to PNG file.

I am unsure about the icons. Like I said I just took over keeping it updated long ago. The resists Icons were already there.

They are something I can look into changing. First I have work in the Inventory as there are so many unneeded items there still.

Well considering both used Vert as the base design.. yes. :p

There are some other differences. But Ssoth used an old Vert Base, Duxa a newer Vert Base.

EDIT: There is a Credits.txt in the zip that explains where everything came from ect.. ect... All I did was maintain it after it was abandoned.
