UI Modders: Need a PRO TIP

I've got Savok's Vert UI (http://www.project1999.org/forums/showthread.php?t=7850) installed and I want to make a change to it.

I want to edit it so my target window flashes when I'm in combat instead of the column next to the health/mana/endurance bars.

I'm talking about these:

How would I go about doing that?

After playing around with the windows a bit, basically no you can't. As soon as you remove the AttackAnimation from the player window it just defaults to the full player window animation.

How about making that whole window border flash? Is that a reality?

What I'm trying to do is make it clearer when auto attack is on.
