Gerot Kastane is not giving letter when I turn in seal of Kastane to him. Done it while apprehensive and indifferent to him. No response or item given.

when you hail him do you get quest dialogues.. if not you might not have enough faction to do the turn in.


it's always a good idea to check if your faction is high enough for a turn in by following the quest dialogues.

idk if thats the case here.. but can check and see.. if you don't get dialogues.. then you probably didn't have enough faction..

if you do get dialogue and he still ate your note.. then something is borked.

you actually don't hail at this turn in, you just hand him the seal, get dialague/note to marl kastane. then go back to him hail for a dialogue

Make sure you open trade, then do...something...and check faction as indiffrent then trade-

I know this works- atleast about a month ago- as I ran seals/letters a few times because I killed a spirit dog back like a year or so ago.
