One of the triggered quest mobs that's part of the Wizard epic, Arantir Karondor, is supposed to be dropping the Robe of Recovery, according to this:
Arantirさんはブルーの今まで見たことが無いローブに身を包んでいました。
Arantirさん、そのローブ、オクレ（ｗ
後に判明、「Robe of Recovery」、Effect Clarity！
しかし、NO RENT、つまり、いわゆるNo Save（ｗ (http://www.e-douguya.com/eq/wiz/epic.shtml)
Which, roughly translated, says:
Arantir was dressed in a blue robe I have never seen before.
blah blah blah
Discovered "Robe of Recovery", Effect: Clarity!
However, it's NO RENT, which means it cannot be saved.
And specifically on their October 5th, 2000 update when people were still trying to figure out the wizard epic, it states:
Arantirを倒して得られるローブはNO RENTだが、
Which basically says "Robe is obtained by killing Arantir, but is NO RENT."
The server this information is from is Tunare, so despite the robe's identify note stating "Test Only Item", it is quite apparent that it was not, in fact, a Test only item.
The old stats of the Robe (pre-mana regen statistic) are:
Robe of Recovery
No Trade, Temporary
Class: NEC WIZ MAG ENC
Race: HUM ERU HIE DEF GNM IKS
Slot: Chest
Size:MEDIUM AC: 4
Weight: 2.0
Intelligence: 5
Wisdom: 5
Charisma: 10
Effect: Clarity (Worn) (http://eq.magelo.com/item/2499)
Currently he wears it (as seen in the picture), but when we killed him a few times today, he did not drop it. He was also very easy for his level (he's a level 60 mob that hit in the high 100's), had no faction hit, and no loot upon death, meaning he is probably just a default level 60 human wizard in his current state that was never itemized and tuned properly.
Anyway, please look into adding this item to the game as it should be available according to the information online.
