Just returned from hiatus, server issues

I've been reading some of the other technical threads in this forum and I've been lead to believe there are some serious server issues as of later.. I just wanted to confirm this, as when I tried to hop onto the eqemu server list I was booted due to connectivity issues. After this I tried downloading the new EQemu server launcher exe that was shown in the recent downloadable files.. same issue there.. it's not connecting to the emulator server base.

Everyone else having similar issues?
