Do mystic cloak quest. It's better, and can be done by FD-turning in quest items.

Is this true? I got an ENC to charm the npc in najena jail and figured I'd have to do the same for the last 2 turnins.

Can FD work for quest turnins in general?

I actually was able to hand them in while kos and still got the items. I'm a DE necro.
