I know what the rules are, I enforced them for a year, and I was still enforcing them when his brother died. It's not illegal, or the first time someone has done it. There are only two rules in R&F, no staff insults and no porn, which is tied to adsense policy.

It's not pleasant, and I don't agree with it, but it's not against the rules. Amelinda just started forum modding today, she probably didnt know.

After that, tell me what search terms you used. Make sure you time this whole process so that you can tell me how long it took. After all, this is something so obvious that a simple forum search could yield the answer, right?

There's a rule against staff insults because (supposedly) the staff isn't supposed to discuss account actions. So when people insult staff, only one side of the story gets told. It has nothing to do with anyone's feelings.


You're getting sassy today yet you've already said something very dumb. The rule against staff insults is not the same as the rule against questioning staff decisions. I can insult the staff by saying, "soandso is a moron" (which has nothing to do with staff decisions), and even in RnF that might be bannable. I'm totally okay with that, but for consistency's sake, making fun of the death of a community member should be bannable as well.

By the way, I'm not sure it's relevant whether Harrison's feelings are hurt or not. I think the problem is more the fact that his brother was a member of the community, and that joking about the death of a community member shouldn't be okay.
