Spawn rate and drop rate both increased, pending update.

Note this affects the blue server as well for the spawn % chance of evil eye vs frog ph spawns.

Are you seriously going to call me out inside a bug thread? This has nothing to do with whatever you're talking about. If it's something specific, can I even fix it? Is it content-related? Is there a thread? Has there been more than one bug report?

I spend MOST of my time developing for the blue server, and I have for the past 3.5 years. Give me a break.

I wanted to add my reasoning behind the increased spawn/drop rate if it's questioned.

Here's an excerpt from one link:

5. Evil Eye - The evil eye is a level 35 wizard mob that can see invis. He spawns about 80% of the time, and drops the Bag of Sewn Evil Eye (common), and used to drop the Manastone (rare).

Another note which is purely anecdotal evidence, but relevant. Classically, I played a paladin in gukbottom while manastone was dropping. People laughed at it and didn't realize how powerful it was (dmg myself? no wtf). I was doing dumbass things as well, like camping an EBCP instead of a guise. Anyways, after fearplane opened, players found it an essential raiding tool for clerics. By the time it was well-known public knowledge, hateplane opened and manastone was removed. Within those months, it was constantly camped, and very common.

The evil eye itself was exceedingly rare with how the spawn distribution was set up here. I do not believe manastones should be extremely common, but I have also been able to judge the rarity from the project1999 blue server over time. This wasn't a huge increase in the drop rate; it was more for the npc's spawn and a gentle nudge to be more inline with classic evil eye/manastone distribution.

This will be nice.

Camped mine for about 50 hours before it dropped. One night of camping it i saw over 20 PHs to 2 EE from 7pm to 5am est. Rough.
