H2h weapons

Hand to hand weapons should not exist on this server. H2h weapons were not introduced into the game until the Luclin expansion. Items such as Whitened Treant Fists, Wu's Fist of Mastery and Wu's Tranquil Fist should all be 1hb, not h2h. Other items which can been seen in the wiki, though I don't know if they're dropping or not, such as Steel Knuckles and Weighted Glvoes should not exist at all.

I will post relevant links if necessary, but I doubt anyone who played classic through Velious will remember this being differently.

Unfortunately Xatava it doesn't matter if people remember it differently. You need at least one time/date relevant link showing this.

I don't remember one way or the other, but this specifically should be SUPER easy to provide evidence for.

That seems like enough for me. Since h2h and 1hb for monks caps at the same number... any reason you want this changes besides classicness?

they don't cap at the same number, h2h caps at 245, 1hb and 2hb cap at 252, unless my client is displaying incorrect info and it's only correct server side.
