Disciple Symbol of Brell Serilis

I've been working on the quest for the Disciple Symbol of Brell Serilis and have hit a bit of a road block.


First off i flagged the quest with Bronlor Lightblade and he did give me the note, so it appears the quest is on p99.

My current trouble is finding Torklar Battlemaster, i camped him about 6 hours in unrest yesterday and never seen him.. (i know a short time for camps but want to make sure he in game before i got all crazy on 40 hour camp lol)

I wasn't able to find Torklar Battlemaster on the p99 way back machine thing.. but that doesn't necessarily mean he wasn't in game either.


If he not part of classic should remove quest or if he is add him to game.


but yah not most pressing issue .. im just a dork and do random pointless quests.

Same thing with all the deity neck pieces. They jumped the gun on them and left them at Initiate until Velious.

I just finished the quest! The necklace only summons 1 ale instead of (level / 2) as it did on live. Any chance of getting this fixed?

My recollection is that it created a 20 qty stack of stout with each click. And I was around level 52 when I got it during Velious. Was the quantity summoned really level based?

This summons 1 stack of Holy Ale of Brell per casting, and requires 1 summoned water as a component.

That's what I remember.

I can't tell you how my heart (liver) aches for this to be corrected. Please, fix this so I can keep my buddies drunk. It should summon a full stack of 20 stout.

I just tested this tonight and it's summoning 5 ales now (better than just 1) on my level 60 cleric. It should be summoning a stack of 20 ales per click at my level.

I'm citing this post (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=6469#m102303421615810) on ZAM from early 2002.

At level 40 the cleric should be getting a full stack of 20 ales per click.

So it seems the NPC is spawning based on previous players posts. Maybe you just need to put more time into camping it?

Torklar should be on the same spawn time as the rest of the zone with no PH.

I found Torklar on my cleric about a week ago, definitely spawns.

agree, done that quest on both my clerics so works fine.

one of the earlier steps for the str neck is/was bugged so that it triggers 4x the reward due to quest script written wrong but it's not a game breaking issue.

"Bronlor Lightblade says 'Dats great to hear! To prove to me that you have found and slain these beasts bring four sets of the beads that dey carry around their necks. I don't know much about dem but id reckon dey have set up camp close bye ere. The night watch that haulted the first attack by these goblins described the fighting style to be of the highest goblin caliber. I hope this helps, good luck to ye.' "

when you do the turnins you get a reward for each bead, instead of, one for each four:

Just tested after the Chardok 2.0 patch.

It still only summons 5 per click on my level 60 cleric.
