Epics: Make sure your bugs are actually bugs

I ran through each epic quest on our test server just before they went live. It's unlikely there are critical bugs (those that block you from finishing the quest) in them.

Bump to stress that bad luck with a rare spawn/forage/pickpocket/whatever doesn't mean it's bugged. Random numbers are random.

I think it's a bug that we killed both Inny and CT and neither dropped the necro epic pieces.

They obviously should have both dropped them on the first go round so that I could complete my epic. Pls reimburse/fix thanks :)

Epic quest should be super easy.

Edit: I hate the royal herblist spawn rate :(
