EQemu launcher not working, getting a lot of crashes

When i click on the EQemu launcher i get a "working in background" mouse icon for a few seconds then nothing. Instead i've just been launching from the EQ icon. This always gets me to the server select screen, but I've been getting a lot of freezes after that. Right now i cant login at all because EQ stops responding after selecting server.

Same issue. Game froze while zoning into Oasis. I'm just going to wait it out. Fyi, one message I got after attempting to log in was to run the patcher several times, hasn't seemed to work, but it's worth trying. Read http://www.project1999.org/forums/showthread.php?t=58505

To be clear this has been going for a few days. I did a fresh install on Saturday with Duxa's all-in-one installer. The EQemu launched and patched the first time I opened it then never again, so I made an EQ shortcut. The only way i have found to log on is to keep trying until it works. It doesn't matter what server i choose. Also, I'm not getting any error messages, the game just stops responding.
