starting to get frustrated !!!

Iam from UK and iam having real issues now trying to log in to the game...it iether hangs at server select or kicks me bak in to the log in screen when i reach character select...
i have played for nearly a year now...whats goin on ?

tried to get my brother the project 1999 on his game, but we keep getting a "can not find path" when he extracts all files. What do we do now?
