Anyone know if this is currently in game? I have some of the items, but the others are proving more difficult to obtain. Dont want to waste the time if it isnt in game.

Not in game, and never will be in game. Thats the newbie armor that people on the progression server Q_Qed about being implemented because its OP compared to classic gear.
