It is possible, I guess. There may or may not have been incentive for it.
Alas, we will never know the motivation behind it, if it was not just an accident.

It still is very sad though. And coincidental since there were so many top officials in that plane.

Wow all in extremely bad taste :( to the people in Poland this is a national disaster. I am sure that there are people on the internet that reacted the exact same way with 9/11 and i know that i wouldn't appreciate it then and im sure anyone of polish decent wouldn't appreciate this either.

Just my 2cp worth

That's why i said it was too early, Sorry if I offended. It is sad when people die.

I know there is usually a few month waiting period before you can start making jokes.

As far as 9/11 is concerned, there were some great jokes I heard around that time.. being a native new yorker i still found them funny. Maybe I just have an easier time making light of a situation because I have dealt with a lot of tragedy in my life.

Why was 9/11 better than my ex-girlfriend?

The twin towers went down.

Few months? More like next day. It is the best when those jokes come out pronto.

It's good to see that the use of the word "retard" is offensive but 9/11 jokes and joking about the death of Poland's President is fine.

The internet is full of people with hurtful things to say :(

There's always going to be jokes like this when a national disaster type thing happens, and yes it is usually a guilty pleasure to laugh at them thinking to yourself "i really shouldn't laugh" but hey... that's okay.

I agree entirely.

I'm not the one championing some false-morality crusade, however.
