Helm of Rile

Going to get some haters on this one.

Helm of Rile should be Iksar only until Luclin expansion and the release of beastlords where it is converted to all large races.

My party killed him and i looted a helm of rile its stats are 9 str 5 agility 6 ac helm and its iksar only. Was offered 2 Kpp for it but didnt win the roll. Very nice helm. Sardor 48 sk povar

The links they show in OP seem to show that it will always be IKS only on this server..

as it was changed post SoV
