Paladins: 1h or 2h?

Overall, both pvp and pve, what's more worthwhile? A 2h or a 1h + shield? Bash is pretty nice ... but is it worth it? Discuss.

To provide a little content and not just be an ass: a sword and board is good if you and your healer need all the help you can get. 2h for most everything else.

I believe you can keep agro a little better with a faster weapon. Hence 1 Handers are usually faster then 2 Handers.

Paladins don't typically have aggro issues unless they suck (or their group is full of idiots who stand on top of the mob).

I'd say it's situational. For pvp, I'd do 2hander with shield ready for bash. You need three hotkey spaces for it. One empty, Main and secondary. Remove main hand, swap with shield, equip shield, bash, remove shield and replace main hand weapon.

It sounds like a lot, but takes a second once you get used to it.
