"Flickering" screen in KC

Starting today, my screen flickers during movement in KC. I don't mean my laptop screen. My EQ window. I can see all of my windows (name/hp, pet, group, buffs, tell/convo windows) but I can't see any PC/NPCs. It's black. At first it was only in the Drolvarg Captain area, but it's doing it at the entrance as well.

I camped and relogged to see if this would fix the issue. It did not. At one point I gated to FV. The flickering happened here too, except, it's not all black. I could see the sky, fire from torches, and whatnot. Buildings and people were gone.

I usually have to restart my PC when it happens, it fixes it. I dunno what the exact issue is though.

Same thing happens to me as well... Mostly near any zone areas.

There seems to be some very big underlined issues with p99 and windows 7 users.

I cannot right click loot, I cannot right click open the bank, I cannot right click to make, tweek, create, alter hot keys.

Mouse look works, but when you right click in the field to use it - it forces the character to turn right and look down.

Sucks that I have to do everything manually and that there are no fixes or interests in fixing any of the video conflicts with w7 users.

Nothing to do with windows 7. Happens with me on XP as well. And mostly in KC near the entrance or Captain areas like Yaji said.

i have same issue in unrest as well...randomly happens and im forced to restart game. not PC though..
