HHK Exp modifier for the zone is much lower than classic or non existant.

by virtue of the fact that u incorrectly called it hhk instead of hk u have no authority to make a claim to know shit about this zone

It was called HK on some servers and HHK on others. For example, on Xegony it was HHK.

Confirmed. I leveled off prisoners, goblins, guards, nobles, and bards... In and out of this zone from low teens to mid50s. ZEM not working correctly. If we're going after a classic exp leveling speed lets keep it classic instead of artificially slowig it down.

The zone is certainly not giving the proper ZEM, still. Also in the weirdness category is the fact that my friend was getting the same exp for level 40 reds as he was from level 28 blues.

Yeah I remember getting 1% every other kill in the 50's in HHK. Not here.

Also, although I am speculating that the Left Goblin Ears were intentionally nerfed down on this server -- in circa mid 2011 -- use to each individually and consistently give 1% experience at level 30 (first Hell level) upon turn in to Bosec. I remember this specifically because I had taken note of this discovery to gain the last 20% of my then character's level.
