Hello, many SKs have been petitionning about this quest already.
Uthgaard himself told someone that he broke this quest (not on propose) before leaving. He thought the scroll was not supposed to be in game so early.

The Kaesora's part does not drop anymore, this problem hasn't been solved for MONTHS now !!!!!! :mad::mad::mad:

CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE IT DROP AGAIN!!!??????? THIS QUEST IS BROKEN, IT HAS TO BE FIXED.........................!!!!!!!!

The scrolls were dropping from orc camps in the commonlands (the wrong place) before Kunark was released on P99 (the wrong time). I didn't "break it on accident before leaving". I fixed a bug, a very long time ago.

it's not dropping anymore, thats a fact. Just check your logs seriously

Do what nilbog said and give him a link to a specific item that should be dropping, tell him from who, etc.

"it" doesn't do anyone any good. try putting "scroll" into zam and see what happens. they have a lot of things to fix, if you want something done, make it as easy as possible on them.
