as a newbie rogue on Brell Serillis faction, you start out with a note that reads:
"Since you have not the money you owe me, I have thought of a little, shall we say, a little deal. I have decided to let you work off your debt to me...as you have nothing of value to take anyway. Return this note to me, and we shall work out the details of your service. - Welno Tanlonikan"
The rogue master Welno's last name on the NPC appears as "Tanboots."
The NPC's surname doesn't match the newbie note. (however the turn-in does return the newbie tunic)
