gave werewolf pelt and 100pp to Karg in Everfrost, but got no cloak. :(

I experienced no issues with this.

Did you hand them in at the same time?

to tell the truth, no.
forgot to give him the 100pp and handed them to him right after the pelt. Thought it would be like MQ the quest. 100pp are much money for me atm :(
