This is the classic quest line for the Kaglari mana doll (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=2311) as given by Urako (Troll Shaman Guildmaster) in Grobb.
At one point during the quest, the player must obtain a ship in a bottle to give to a skeleton in Innothule swamp. This item should be able to be obtained from Clurg in Oggok (262, -249, 7, inside Meet and Drink tew Bie) but this item is nowhere to be found in his merchant inventory.
There are no known recipes for a ship in a bottle.
This is a wonderful newbie quest in Grobb, would love to see the item implemented so that it may be finished!
