Hi,
Rallos had the following:
* When grouped, area effect spells that comes from you (PB AE i think they're called, like chords of dissonance), should not effect group members or their pets
* If they are in range to pvp, should ALL be white con so that you have the risk factor that they may be higher. People just run around looking for blue cons.
* When LD, it should not show you are LD in any way

Not classic, except maybe the last one.

None of this is classic Rallos Zek, the other servers had AEs not landing on group/guild. AEs will land on groups here as intended, so get creative. Same with the cons.

I don't remember AEs not hitting group on Vallon Zek (unless you were grouped with just your team, which almost never happened for most of the server).
Seem more like suggestions then bugs imhotbh

1. Definitely wasn't this way on Rallos. AE's hit any player that was in pvp range at least all the way through Velious.
2. Agree that PvP-able people should be white con, but I'm not sure if it was this way on Rallos. Rogean has stated that this isn't going to be exactly the way it was on Live, so I think this is a change that could balance things a little bit on the server. Maybe make it a little more bearable for those getting a late start.
3. Yeah, don't think it ever did say that the person was linkdead like it does on here. Not worth changing, imo, since it allows you to identify people attempting to plug, you can still kill them, and you can still loot their bodies.

AE did hit group on rallos
cons were even if your target was +/-4 of your lvl
LD may have shown up, I remember LD people suddenly becoming killing machines.

Not sure about all the pvp servers, but Vallon +/- 8 lvls anyone in range conned white.
I'm aware this server may not follow exactly like the live pvp servers, but i believe this feature is a good thing that promotes challenge that is the spirit of EQ.
Just my opinion.

Yeah.
Good points brought up. We are classic PVP server but it doesn't say anywhere specifically we are going by a specific ruleset. Therefore we could easily implement some changes that make sense. Like having AOEs not hitting guildmates or groupmates, seems silly and hurts aoe classes alot especially when we start PVPing over planes etc.

White cons makes sense for this box.
LFG should show up I'd say, but not AFK/LD.
I'm torn about pbae. I've always been a fan of the concept of friendly fire.
