Is charm reverted to the correcdt pre kunark holds? the same as it was on P99. or is it nerfed the same as Kunark era

(i) really overpowered, or
(ii) somewhat overpowered

You mean:

1. usable ability, and in line with the era.
or
2. broken unusable ability.
