It's a titanium client issue they can't change it, mobs are all single pull.

Probably better stated - mobs aren't the same kind of social like they were on live. They will continue to chase you instead of all jump on your pet and dps it for you.

It's probably super easy to program social mobs into the game. I'd love to take a crack at it.

I think theyre trolling you... there are definately social mobs in the game. I was in lower guk earlier and had to FD to break the jail room which had 3 mobs connected.

Don't get trolled, mobs are social.

It's a slightly different social than classic though, because people learned how to abuse the old system and bards could solo raid mobs (not working as intended, despite being super freaking cool). It had to do with charm, and faction assist. If I'm not mistaken, the code change was for that reason, so swarm kiting is out, because the extra mobs just chase YOU now instead of gang banging your pet.

Swarm kiting - charm a mob, send it to fight 4, invis when it is <10%, kill, rinse repeat.

This does not work on this server, that is what Amelie was on about.

AE kiting - run in a circle while spamming AE songs. Works on this server, was nerfed later on live.

Ohh sorry I wasn't trying to troll. On live, bards could swarm kite some types of NPCs that are social in a certain way.. that being, they assist one another when attacked. I guess this social function sorta works here, but proximity agro on a bard is greater than the agro of a charmed NPC attacking one of their friends.

For some reason, swarm kiting is broken here. Bards can still PBAE kite, and NPCs assist each other in a mostly normal fashion.

It sounds to me like somebody has been playing too much WoW haha.

tradeskills waste, let a peon do them.

This, mostly if you can afford it. moreover, it may be quite useful to pickup a few
tradeskills on RED.
