View Full Version : SK FD 35+ (can someone please explain something?)

I played a warrior and ench on live many days ago, so my SK is still relatively new to me at level 36.

I'm aware that FD rules change at 35+, as far as mobs having the ability to remember me once I stand up. Right. Got it.

Last time I played with my normal group I died twice when FD appeared to work. No fallen to the ground message. FD was cast, autoattack went off, I FD'd, then kept getting whacked and died. Shrugged it off but then it happened again 30 minutes later.

Wondering if it is related to the FD changes at 35+? My mobs are always dotted as an SK -- is disease cloud screwing this up? Is it frenzy agro from low hp? What's the deal?

Maybe a spell has broken your FD. When a mob casts a spell on you before you are FD'ed it will break it when it lands.

Right, absolutely, but they were melee mobs that killed me. :( Believe it was a zol knight both times in live side lower guk.

My Necro's feign almost never works. I don't know why this is, but every single time I feign, my mobs come running back at me once I stand back up. The mobs aren't dotted or anything else and i'm not sure why they have memory....as long as I stay down i'm fine, as soon as I stand, i'm a goner. It's basically just a good way to survive until my group shows back up again or if i'm really desperate the opportunity to /quit and logg back in alive.

FD has always been like this, even on live :(

Be sure you have auto attack off etc before casting, but if a mob is mid swing and you flop - they can break your FD just like a spell.
