need help installin EQ on brand new mac book for my computer illterate friend PLEASE HELP!!! =)

Either setup a bootcamp partition (google it) with windows, or virtualize via parallels/crossover.

Basically what McBard is saying is that you need to run Windows on that macbook, which you can do by dualbooting. Bootcamp is the preferred option that comes with MacOS you can find it under Applications --> Utilities.

You do still need a Windows disc with a valid cd key to install.
