I didn't have to download anything this time. Wasn't even aware there was a patch, I just logged on today and played.

Should I have downloaded something?

There was no file with the latest patch. If you haven't patched in a while, you might want to check the other threads in reverse chronological order under the News and Announcements sub-forum.
