Down in the Qeynos Catacombs, in the necro/SK/bad guys training areas, there are two NPCs that are merged together. They move as one. Click on them and you either get "Commander Kane" or "Lahn Whinstone." Their faces melt together and they alternate features. It's quite disconcerting.
