Looking for low level items or quests for items that could be gotten by a group or solo perhaps. I like earning everything instead of buying from some high level in EC. The reason I ask is because I know there is still plenty I do not know about this game. Just learned about this +5HP earring from a level 1 "an injured rat" in Qeynos Aquaducts. Makes me wonder what else is out there that I just don't know about.

Gnoll Fur (Quest) (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=1026)

Rewards:
5/25 Magic Piercer: Fang of the Wolf (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=4361)

5ac +4SvCold Cloak Patched Gnoll Fur Bundle (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=4360)

This was a fun quest to do when I started on the server. Having a magic weapon was great, and the cloak was my first non-patchwork armor piece.

If you're looking to gear yourself, give your race/class.

mardur made a huge writeup of noob quests, it was pretty impressive. search for that post if you can.

It's not just for my current class, but any class. Currently playing a Halfling Warrior though.

If you're looking to jump right into grouping, you may consider heading over to greater faydark and binding there. Crushbone has the screaming mace quest which you should be able to complete through regular grouping there anyway. Scattered items you'll gather in the process of doing that quest (shiny brass shield, bracer of battle, dwarven ringmail tunic) should be of use to you as well.

In the meantime you'll meet a lot of people while you group in crushbone, always a good thing for a new player. I still have a few people on my friendlist that I talk to and group with regularly from back on my first character in crushbone.

halfling warrior right? you HAVE to get a small scarab breastplate. you'll be the most stylin' halfling on faydwer. It's only 1 ac less than bronze, weighs less, it has a green plate graphic, and it has some nice stats. you can do it at lvl 8 if you make a friend or lvl 10+ if you do it solo.

you can also do the boots and helm to complete the set but they aren't as good tbh.

Also, since you pretty much have to buy your JC'd jewelry..I guess your first purchase can be those 5 AC +55 hp platinum fire wedding rings, which run 200ppish in EC. Get two of those to improve your durability considerably and make your healers happy. They'll also be something you'll wear for a very long time (maybe forever).

Then buy the other useful Jewelcrafted stuff for a few other slots. Those rings should be something you get ASAP though as a warrior.

Thanks, thanks to mardur too. Sometimes im shocked at amount of work and help people are willing to do for free. For example this entire emu server.

I will donate some money when I get some cash to spare, in a bit of an awkward situation as far as finances at moment. But I doubt anyone gets to profit off that probably just pays for servers or whatever.

You are correct...100% of donations go to server costs, and I don't even know if donations cover the costs entirely.
