account creation problems

Hello i was just wondering if anyone knew how to make a new EQemu login server account. I have tried to do this many times but for some reason i can't. I go to try and make one and it says my EQemu forum account doesn't have the privileges. Is there a new way of doing this?

I think you have to verify your account before you can create and make sure your doing server account not a worldwide account.
