Crashing?

I go to open EQ, and a small black rectangle shows up in the top left corner of my screen. It sits there until I click on it, then a dialogue box pops up for a second (Not long enough for me to read what it says), and then it crashes.

I was able to log in literally 15 minutes ago. I restarted my computer and it started doing this.

Sounds dumb, but just try reinstalling, or upgrading your video card's drivers.

I dont know if this had anything to do with it, but the boyfriend was streaming something from my computer to the xbox via Tversity, and once he stopped it started working again.
