Gnome Necromancer spells doesn't exist at all levels.

The level 1, Level 4 and Level 16 spells doesn't exist in Ak'anon currently. From what I remember they used to at least.. Had to ship them from Freeport last night cause there isn't any other Necromancer races nearby.. Might be possible that spells from higher levels are missing as well I didn't check that yet.
