Cant throw??

Not sure if this is just me or a general bug, but my L17 Bard cannot throw/ranged-attack. Have tried different weaps (Throwing knife, axe) and have stacks in both slots, with throwing skill trained up to 11 or so. Item never gets used, and gives a msg that target is not within range, even when close up.
Any ideas?

You have to stop singing any song to be able to throw. It's a bug but that's how it works on this server.
